I had this cardstock from SU! which inspired my color scheme of peach.

I colored the flowers all over, then used the same marker to darken, and shade in other areas! 

I'm sending this card to my cousin Melody. She is having surgery soon.

Onto my card! 

I used the mirror image technique for my first card!! 

I am a "Roadie" on FB and someone else thought of it first, and I copied them.. I wish I could find the post and give her a shout out for being so creative!!! 

This card reminds me of my cousin Melody. We were always together as kids, playing jacks or coloring.. I love those memories so much!!

Hey there! 

Welcome back to my blog for my May card for

Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog. 

I am really excited about this card. 

I cannot remember where I saw a card that had a tea pot pouring flowers into a tea cup, but I really loved that idea and wanted to make one too!! 

For my card, I started with Blueberry Sky cardstock as my base,

then added the design paper with a gingham pattern. 

I used a die from Papertrey Ink called Plaid Die

I colored the inside of the die with gray and blue Copic markers to make them pop. 

For the teapot and cup, I used some DSP from SU! and the dies from Lawn Fawn's Love You a Latte stamp and die set.. (so cute) 

The sentiment came from  Unity Stamp Co. called My Cup of Tea...

I used it on my card from last month too..

The sheer ribbon is from CTMH.. I LOVE their sheer ribbon colors! 

And lastly, I added these tiny flowers from The Paper Studio. You will be seeing these a lot on my cards because I love them so much!

For my first card, I started out by using SU!'s Crumb Cake cs, and DSP! I think this color is just gorgeous!

I used Joy Clair's Coffee Lover stamps..

I used some Mellow Moss ink for the heart on the cup, fussy cut it out and popped it up.

I love the Papertrey Ink Basic bookmark 3 DIE <<Link highlighted in red<<

I used a piece of burlap, and coordinating ribbon, and some vellum flowers.

Pretty Pink Posh sequins here and there...

This card is big (5x6 1/2)  I love having a bit more room sometimes, for embellishments.. :)

For this second card for the hop, I used Joy Clair Christmas Coffee..

I stamped the coffee cup onto a piece of cs from PTI.. 

I wanted this card to have a lot of texture!! 

I fussy cut the cup out, then added some Nuvo Crystal clear drops to the spots on the cup.

I mounted the cup, once it was dry to a burlap tag given to me by my friend Bobbie Sue!!

I used DSP from SU! and Mellow Moss cs as my base.

I am loving all the new flowers I've bought lately from Hobby Lobby.

They are by the Paper Studio..

Hey there and welcome to our May blog hop with Friends of Unity!!!

So glad you came!

For my card this month, I wanted to use

Kendra Girl. 

The moment I first saw her, I said "she looks like my sweet friend Trisha!! 

Can you say mauve?? LOL ;)

Kendra Girl was colored with Copics markers.. 

I used Kat Scrappiness dies called, Fancy Scalloped Ovals to cut out the image..

I added some pretty white and pale yellow flowers..
