For my first card, I am using this beautiful cover plate..

This amazing cover plate is called
 Zen Coffee 2 Plate Die
It is so versatile, as you will see with all the inspiration our design team has for you to ogle over!!
I used the die with white card stock, and added it over the top of this piece of card stock I used distress inks on. I also ran the colored piece through the Big Shot with a brick embossing folder..
I used DL.ART store crinkle ribbon
and a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins ..
I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from ---- and applied it over a piece of burlap for some added texture!
This card gave me a "Fall" feeling, so I decided to make another Fall themed card
My next card was a lot of fun to make
preview-FallforCoffee
I started out by stamping and coloring the image.
Then I fussy cut it out...so easy too!
I have this amazing Fall paper pack I bought on clearance a couple years back from Papertrey Ink. Their card stock is my absolute favorite to use.
I also used a piece of PTI's vellum and dry embossed it with a falling leaf folder I have..

I assembled it together, and used some twine and tied a bow...
This sentiment is from the same stamp set!!

I wanted to show you another of my favorite sets from STAMPlorations...
Just look at all these sentiments in one set!!
I used "my cup runneth over" on my first card from this set

Coffee Loving Cardmakers/ Fun Stampers Journey Collaboration

Hey there!! Welcome to Robyn's Nest!!
The design team at Coffee Loving Cardmakers are thrilled to be collaborating with
 Fun Stampers Journey!!
I am using their stamp set Coffee Helps, and the matching dies Coffee Helps (4 die set),
and Coffee First (8 dies)..
Let me just say I had a blast with this set!!
For my first card,
I used PTI cardstock with the "to go" cup die from the coffee first (8)
Vellum for the lid, and a hello word bubble
Then used FSJ twine, and Fashion silver flat back/self stick bling!
I love how it turned out :)

For my second card....
I used the same dies as with the first card, just different cs, and layout..

My third card was inspired by Pinterest..

I stamped and die cut this cup, added it to a background die from Lawn Fawn. With a sweet doily , more of FSJ amazing twine, and a tiny yellow flower, I glued it all down, and added the sentiments...

I decided I needed some new bookmarks, and whipped these up in less than 2 hours!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this entire set!!

That's it for my cards, and bookmarks

I hope you're enjoying the collaboration,
and are getting inspired by all the cards, and projects along the way!!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers Design Team~ July

Hey there, welcome back to Robyn's Nest!!

For this months card, I wanted to use a stamp set I bought a few months back from Super Sponsor Altenew, called Dancing in the Rain <<LINK
I love each and every stamp in this wonderful set!
I started off by stamping the "rain" in soft blue, on watercolor paper.
I used the window die from SU!, and baked brown sugar cs
For the background paper, I used a sheet from Webster's Pages called
Sweet Notes (Allison Kraft Designs) ~ I just love this bookcase background

The kitty and the coffee cups were stamped, and fussy cut, then popped up onto the windowsill.

I love this sentiment! It fits "me" so well....

Well, that's it for me this month!!
I hope you like my card!
See you again in August

I stamped the image, and the sentiment with red ink, onto kraft paper from PTI then embossed them with iridescent ice embossing powder (retired) from Stampin Up!

I colored the pine with Copics, and added white gel pen.
