Hey there!!
Welcome back to Friends of Unity, a monthly Blog Hop featuring Unity Stamp Company stamps and our love of them!
I hope you came here to me from Dawn Fields blog
I am last on the list this month!!
If you'd like to start at the beginning, the click here to go to Amber's blog!!
This month we decided to use the theme
"April Showers"
Here is what I made using Harmony Girl,
by Angie Blom
I have been collecting Angie's Girls for over 10 years.
Truth be told, I don't remember which Angie I bought first, but I do know I was hooked!! LOL
ok, onto this card
But first, I wanted to say...
ok, onto this card
I LOVE this sentiment
For the card, I used Island Indigo cs as my base.
Then I went through my K&Co cs, and found this beautiful pattern paper.
I stamped Harmony Girl on plain white cs,
then used Creamy Caramel craft ink from SU! around the edges.
Then mounted her to a scrap piece of
Creamy Caramel cs.
Colored her with Copics
I added some "dew drops" for a rain look
That is pretty much it. The cardstock (cs) is so busy, that I didn't feel the card needed many embellishments..
Well, I hope you enjoyed the Hop this month!
Please leave us a comment along the way to let us know if you enjoy our cards!
Someone is having a giveaway this month, so be sure to comment if you want a chance to win!!
On a side note~ I like to thank Crystal Minkler for creating us all, this amazing watermark! She worked very hard on them, and we all appreciate her so much!! MUAHH
