I hope you like what I made....
I love using kraft card stock, so this was great for me!!
I hope you like what I made....
First card I made using Unity's kit of the month (KOM) from November 2021 called
kinda sorta love ya~
I started with a kraft card base, and added a black layer over top
I stamped the image onto white card stock, and just use a blending brush with brown ink around the edges and up into her dress (looks like she was sitting in the dirt to me 😒
I love to add texture with burlap, so this months cards all have a piece on them..
My next 2 cards were inspired by Pinterest....
I do not do clean and simple cards very well, though I do try to leave them alone, I usually add a flower or enamel dot or a bow, even to my cards...
I really love how these 2 turned out...
I stamped and fussy cut the trees from the kit of the month
I stamped then heat embossed the trees in black
Fun fact~ the bottom card is glued upside down...got ahead of myself
I hope you enjoyed this months hop!!

Beautiful cards, Robyn… love both of them!

ReplyDeleteLove all 3 of your cards... especially the addition of the burlap. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteAwwwwe, she is so sweet, the shine in her hair is wonderful... yup sitting in the dirt and reaching for an up up lift. I love the contrast of the rough burlap next to her. Super sweet card. The trees, simple yet beautiful card... the trees look very organic with the burlap. Lovely masculine idea. Ha,I hear ya..... my last cas card I started turned into a twist and pop by the time I gave it. (((Hugs))) Happy St. Paddys.
