The first card reminds me of my middle granddaughter so much and I had to laugh at your comment about the ink blending looking like she was having fun in the dirt. Live it up anyway you want!

CONGRATULATIONS KAREN

Please send me you address in an email to

I am next to the last stop in the Friends of Unity Blog Hop!!
So I know you're tired and ready to make me a wonderful comment!! LOL😁
I won't keep you here long, I promise!!
Let's get right to my first card
My first card is from the Kit of the month May 2020 called {beginning of anything}
Gorgeous kit!!
When I saw the tulips, I thought to myself, "I'll be water coloring this for sure"
In real life, the tulips are a deeper color, but for staging purposes, I had to lighten the photo.
I sent this pretty thing to my bestie in Georgia, Gwen ...she is the quintessential "Southern Belle" and she's sweeter than sweet tea!!!!
here's a little close up, so you can see the clear drops I used, as well..
Just a little peek at the pattern paper here :)

Next up, is this fun card, where the pattern paper takes center stage!!
I absolutely love this fun piece of paper from
P13 called The Garden of Books
For the image, it's from KOM for January 2022..link below

For my last card, I grabbed a random sheet of pattern paper...I stamped the butterfly onto vellum using Versafine, Vintage Sepia, and heat embossed with clear...then, I fussy cut it out, and popped that bad boy up with an pop dot!! LOL
SUPER easy card

Well, I hope you have gotten so much inspiration for this months cue!!!
If you do make a card inspired by us, please tag one of the team when you share on social media, ok!!!

Sorry about these photos...I have had a few lighting issues and cannot seem to get it just right...I welcome ANY suggestions~ I have 4 Ott lights, and 4 LED lights and Not one of those are working out for me, so far...and I have a light box, but I'm not that crazy about it because of the square photos we have to take for social media to not edit them....thanks in advance!!

  9. Each and every card is so awesome! The tulip card is gorgeous and your bright blossoms are so beautifully colored. I love the layers and the string in almost the middle is really great. The card with the pattern paper library scene is so much fun and I can seeing it go to so many people that love to read. The frame and the hearts are nice accents. The butterfly card on vellum is exquisite. The fluorish under is so flowing and the pattern floral paper is beautiful and so inviting.

  10. Just emailed you Robyn, and am thrilled to be your lucky comment winner. Wow, these cards using patterned paper are wonderful, and your water coloring of the tulip image is gorgeous. Shows what just a little bit of layered patterned paper peeking through can add to the finished look. As an avid reader, your card with book background has me laughing. This would be my all-around dream to have that many books to choose from. Great inspiration!
