I loved coloring the beautiful flowers on this stamp
Using two different pieces of cardstock, and changing up the main flower color, gave me exactly what I wanted.
The die set, comes with two word dies, too.
Thanks, and Tea
Here's a link to  A Cup Of Thanks, Dies
I love that this die cuts the space in the handle.
It was VERY easy to line the die up, before cutting.
Plenty of room around the image too! I LOVE that!!

Studio Katia sells the most
beautiful embellishments, too!
I am kind of a sequins snob,
and their sequins and jeweled crystals are so
beautiful that I want them all!
I used Gold sparkle crystals, and Sunny Topaz ..below is a link
and

Both of my cards we very easy to make, and will be mailed out Monday!
That's it for me  :)

CONGRATULATIONS LADIES!!!

My card this month is by...yep, Unity Stamp Co!
***SHOCKER***
It seems like I am always reaching for their stamps. Probably because they are always releasing new ones, and I am a member of their Kit of the Month..
This stamp set is not new though. But, it's seasonal, so it's like "new to me" each year
Joy To Go << Link
I love it! Keeping this card simple, all I did was stamp the image and sentiment
with Iridescent Ice holographic embossing powder from Stampin' UP!
Any brand will give you the same effect
I'm pretty bummed that my snowflakes look like dirty smudges, though.. :(
well, that's it for me this time!!

I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!

Inky Hugs, Robyn

Welcome to the Coffee Loving Cardmakers
Fall/Winter Blog Hop~ 2018!!!
I sure hope everyone had a "full" Thanksgiving!!
We are so excited for our 2nd sponsored hop of the year!
We have a few NEW Super Sponsors for this hop,
as well as our amazing, continuing Super Sponsors!!!

For my first card of the hop, I used
Merry Girl <<link here
From Unity Stamp Co.
I was inspired by Whitney Magnuson with the torn paper...
My absolute favorite color combo to use is kraft and red
You can't really tell, but I water colored Merry,
then used oxides to highlight around her,
flicked water over the whole image and blotted it up with a paper towel
I used a Christmas tree from a past KOM, and a big snowflake!
I love the rustic feel of this card!!
Unity Stamp Co continues to be one of our Super Sponsors
For this hop, their giveaway is over the top!!
A whopping $193.38 retail value!!
LOOK!!

Amazing, right?? So generous!!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers~ November with Polka Dot Orchard

Hey there! What's brewin"?
Welcome back to Robyn's Nest!!

Today, I have a card made from a digital set I was given by my friend
Jessica Pickeral Burnham from

This is such an amazing set!
 It's called Sketchy Punpkin Spice
So many images, and sentiments for any
Fall or Thanksgiving cards you want to make!!
LOOK, there's even a background stamp too!!
I just love this card!!
Pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, and a cuppa!
Doesn't get any better than that!!
First I colored all the images, and fussy cut them out
Then using kraft paper from PTI, I use the
Brutus Monroe "Hit the Bricks" stamp
from Unity Stamp Co.
I used Versafine, then heat embossed the bricks in white embossing powder.
This is my 3rd card using that stamp, so I highly recommend it !
My sweet friend Bobbie Sue sent me some burlap tags she made me a few months back,
and eyelash trim. I used both on this card!
Then I layered the images on top, and added a small pumpkin cut out, and a small leaf
The sentiment is from the other digital set Jessica offers called
Coffee Pumpkin Flourish
I sure hope you get ba chance to check them out
I love digi's because you can resize them.
This is my first card using this set, but not the only one I've made. You'll have to wait until the end of the month when CLC has out Fall/Winter Blog Hop to see the others!!

Please join us starting Novenber 30th

See you on the 30th!
Inky hugs

Friends of Unity~ November is Strength

Hey there, what's brewin'??
Welcome back to this months Hop!
Our girl Dawn suggested the cue for this month,
Strength
I think that most of Unity's sentiments are about
strength and encouragement, it it was an easy choice for me,
to pick the newest member of the Angie's Girl family 💖
I used Emerson Girl
She's on sale right now for only $10.00!!
Emerson Girl

As you've figured out by now, I'm a huge coffee fan!!
So, I went with  a Not So serious take on "strength"
Without coffee in the mornings, I really do feel like a slug!
So for me, coffee inspires strength
My friend Java Joanne from Stampin' Funn on FB sent me a stamp that says
"Be strong, I whisper to my coffee"  LOL ;)
Here's her
Link to Stampin' Funn
Ok, enough chit chat from me. Onto this card

I started out with a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of dark gray cardstock
I stamped it with the new Brutus Monroe Hit The Brick
background stamp
using Versafine, and heat embossed it with white embossing powder
I love the result so much!
I paper pieced Emerson's outfit, and colored her face and hair with Copics
The sign "came to me" while loading the dishwasher~LOL.
So, I decided to cut out the words on the sentiment to add to the sign.
I love the "grunge" feel of this card
The "Coffee" word die is from CAS-ual Friday's .
I had no idea where this card was going...so, after many, many messages between me, and Eileen, I ended up using a cranberry colored card base, and matted the gray onto black.
I cut a scalloped circle, then assembled the card..
I hope you like this months card!!

I've made 3 cards with one stamp set called
Hot Coffee  << Link in red<<
This is such a funny set! I love the snarky sentiments!
I also used their
Coffee Cup Fri-dies << link here<<<
I love these dies! This set of 3 dies allows so many possibilities as you will see on my cards.

For my first card, I used a scrap piece pf pattern paper, to cut the cup, and the word coffee.
I added some "steam" with a flourish stamp I have, and used versamark, and clear glittery embossing powder for texture. I added pink sheer ribbon, tied it into a bow. This card was super quick, and easy to make...

On my second card, I used 3 different Fall colors of SU! cardstock.
I used a coffee bean embossing folder from Sizzix on the top layer
Stamped the sentiment onto a matching piece, and cut out  the small cup with coordinating cardstock. As you can see, the handle of these dies are cut out into a heart shape. So I added the little heart to match. Adding a couple Pretty Pink Posh sequins here and there..

I am playing along with 2 challenges over at Cas-ual Fridays
First is with Calling All Sistahs (link below)

and their Friday Challenge

I made this next card for the challenges

My last card for the hop and my challenge entry is my favorite!
I used a brick background stamp, and heat embossed it with white embossing powder on gray cardstock.
Cut the big cup from pink cardstock. I stamped the sentiment onto the cup, then heat embossed. Added the sheer pink ribbon tied into a knot.

Well, I sure hop you're having fun hopping along with us this weekend!

I hope you arrived her from

Up next after me is

Coffee Loving Cardmakers- October

Hey there, what's brewin'?
Welcome back to Robyn's nest!
Can you believe Halloween is in 2 weeks?
I love to make Halloween cards, but hardly ever mail them out (so sad)
For this months card, I used more of my pattern paper for fast and simple cards.
I used Mug Life from The Ink Road Stamps
I stamped the sentiment on green paper to match the pattern paper, and mounted it on black, then punched out some "drippy goo" from a Martha Stewart punch..
I stamped and fussy cut out the coffee cup, then glued it next to the sentiment. I have this green sequins that is on a string and decided to take a few off, then I cut some off the roll, and glued it under the sentiment.
That's it for me this month!
I hope you like this card :)

Inky Hugs!!

HAPPY WORLD CARDMAKING DAY!!

First off, I like to announce the winner of my giveaway for September!!
TrainWithMeghan
Congratulations!!!!
Please PM me (Robyn Jordan) on Facebook with your mailing address!!

Don't you just love Fall?? I do, so much!
As a  transplanted Floridian, from Baltimore,  I longed for Fall again.
To see the trees change color.
To jump into, and kick up leaves we raked up into a pile!!
and tulips in the Spring...
When we decided to move to Georgia, I couldn't wait, because it was already Fall!
October 15th marks 22 years since we left Sarasota behind, and I have never want to live there again! Best move of my life....
ok..probably TMI, right?? LOL

I made 2 cards again this month, because, why not!! LOL
My first card is a coffee cup from
September 2018 ~KOM
I used Copics to color the leaf, and liquid snow on the marshmallows
Pink & Main Pumpkin Spice cs
Lawn Fawn stitched leaves, and for the sentiment, I used Pretty Pink Posh dies, and lastly,
some sheer pumpkin colored ribbon

For my second card, I used

I think she is the very definition of Fall in the
 Angie's Girls collection

Colored with Copics, and highlighted with chalks
I love how she turned out!!

I sure hope you've enjoyed this months blog hop!!
We started off this months hop with
Kim Klinkovski's blog~ My Kraft Closet

Next up is
Bobbie Sue's blog two38creations

Be sure to hop along to find out who has a giveaway for this month!!
